Withdraw purchase

Here you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal after purchase. The flow has two steps — you receive a receipt by email and book return shipping in the next step.

Before you start

  • Private customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from when the item is received (Distance Contracts Act).
  • The item should be in substantially unchanged condition — preferably unused and in original packaging.
  • You normally cover the cost of return shipping (tracked shipping).
  • Refund is made to the same payment method as at purchase when we have received and approved the return.
  • Some items are not covered by the right of withdrawal (e.g. sealed hygiene products that have been opened, made-to-measure items) — see our terms.
